Where has everyone grounded there sending units. I have read many post on the site but it seems to go in circles some do some don't. So here are some of my ideas. Option 1 I can run the 2 ground wires in a split loom and attach them to top of manifold with coil mount 2. I can attach them to the front of the head 3. I can run them down to the chassis ground. Any other ideas will be considered as well. Just trying to keep things clean as possible not a lot of clutter.

For senders that require a ground wire, I'd find the shortest distance from sender to the engine block or the frame. Most are internally grounded through the sender itself, though.

If these are pictures of your setup, the sender base IS the ground, and you don't want to use a bunch of teflon tape to seal where the threads act as the ground. Where is the ground wire/attachment on those senders?

Thier is no connection for ground on the sender's but there are ground wires in the wiring loom so I just thought I would just ground them to be sure.

Please consider using Thread Sealer instead of Teflon Tape when installing your sending units.

While both will do the job of sealing any leaks, the sending unit will likely be better grounded if you use Thread Sealer instead of Teflon Tape.

If they are toward the rear of the intake, ground them to a bell housing bolt. Any good solid ground will work, provided the engine/chassis setup is grounded properly. Also, teflon tape is fine as long as you don't give more than a wrap on threads. It's a case of more is not better.
