View Full Version : Jet-Hot 1300 Classic Polished Coating on Coyote?
Jet-Hot is telling me that the Coyote horse power rating exceeds their recommend horse power for a 5.0L engine. Has anyone used this coating on a Coyote instal without issues?

I have a Gen 3 Coyote. Had headers and sidepipes coated by Jet Hot in Jan 2024.
The headers had the 2000TC coating and the sidepipes were coated with the 1300P and were polished.
I only have about 100 miles on my MK4 but so far so good. I also have a T-bucket with headers that was coated years ago. Still look great.
Thank you for the input. I see you used higher temp coating on the headers. I'd still like to hear from anyone that used the 1300 classic coating on Coyote headers without any issues.
