Do the clutch cables stretch? My adjustment is backed out as far as possible. I'm beginning to get some slipping in 3rd gear. Hoping it isn't time for a new clutch.

are you using the factoy five cable or the ford performance one?

Yup. Maybe you have the clutch cable too tight and it’s not letting the clutch fully engage. If your clutch cable had stretched excessively you would have trouble disengaging it, not with it slipping.

Agree with the above. Most likely you have adjusted the wrong direction. Back the adjuster off until the clutch disengages with the pedal most of the way down. This will allow for clutch wear before you have adjust again. You have to add slack to the cable as the clutch wears.
