Has anyone seen the new Breeze upper and lower radiator hoses? Mark sent me a set for my Mark 3 build. These are designed for the 5.0 engine and the FFR supplied radiator. Here are some pictures of the hoses.

This is the upper hose with the filler attached to it. The pipe is ceramic coated and looks great. It comes with the radiator cap, two hose ends and clamps.

This is the lower hose. Same specs as the upper. Both were very easy to install. I personally think they look so much better than the stainless corrugated hoses that come with the complete kit.

Here is the upper installed. It fit perfect with no trimming of any kind.

Here are some pictures of the lower installed. I did trim the radiator side just a little because it was hitting the tow hook.

Very nice product that adds some reliability as well.

I used the lower - had to make my own for the upper since I'm using a '63 Ford degas tank. I added the Breeze lower hose bracket that's designed for use with the FFR supplied flex-tubing and just slid a short piece of bicycle inner tube over the rigid tube to take up the slack and give a tight fit. Probably not completely necessary, but that adds yet a bit more piece of mind. Like all Breeze parts, I found these to be of first-class quality and a nice addition to my build. Just for an added vintage touch, I had a local rubber stamp shop make a "FoMoCo" stamp for me and I used a bit of white paint on it to stamp some of my hoses and I'm using the old-style tower clamps that Ford used back in the day.

You'll also see a bit of a difference in how I connected the hoses versus Mike's version above. I did this because of the location of some other parts that I needed to clear. This change required me to trim the elbow that connects to the radiator, then use a different piece for the waterpump connection (sourced from Napa) to get the right positioning of the rigid tube. Like everything on FFR7074, I took the "some assembly required" approach to this part, but for most it'd be good to go out of the box.

I have the lower pipe on my mkIv and it fit perfect. On the upper I used fortes degass tank and some hoses from Napa. Both look and work way better than the ffr flex pipe. Anyone want some slightly used stainless corrugated pipe, precut? I will throw in some rubber spacers and a few cheap clamps.

Mike
I had already placed an order for the lower kit before you posted. Looks like we all made the right choice.
I have placed several orders with Mark and have always gotten high quality parts and great customer
service.

Chris - using same setup as you with 65 Ford de-gas tank. Thanks for posting your pics too.
