A while back, I saw a thread about using silicone or lithium grease for the suspension to avoid issues with the polyurethane bushings.
Last year I built up the rear IRS suspension components, and greased them with what I had on hand at the time, before reading that thread. I'm pretty sure the grease used is a red heavy wheel bearing grease.
1. Should I take these apart (they aren't on the car yet) and clean them out and get some silicone grease?
2. Should I be worried about damage to the bushings if they haven't had any load or usage yet?
3. Am I over thinking this too?
