Carbon Fiber Hood Scoop

The pictures on the Factory Five website look close but has anyone been able to verify it the carbon fiber hood scoop is a match to the carbon fiber weave and finish of the dash? I assume they would match, just looking for positive confirmation from anyone who has both on hand.

Yes, they are the same. I have a carbon fiber scoop that I've cut up to use for some color sampling with tinted clears and just snapped this pic of a raw piece next to a CF dash.

So my goal with this thread was to be able to find a matching carbon fiber to potentially use for accents. Since I haven’t ordered a kit yet I was looking for a “cheap” way to get a baseline product and since the hood scoop matches I went with them.

I ordered the hood scoop to be my baseline and ordered some veneers and plates from various recommendations I have found here on the forum. Now that I have received them all I’m documenting the results below for future reference.
