SOLD... Edelbrock Dual Carbs for small block ford engine

This is a complete dual carb system recently offered by Edelbrock, with the latest intake manifold plus the new thunder series AVS2 carbs. Comes with the linkage between the carbs and a couple of manuals, it retails for $1796.95. It has the intake bolts. It also comes with an elite Edelbrock air cleaner. I have the set of, still in the package, Edelbrock intake gaskets also. This is all for a small block Ford. The manifold, and carbs looks brand new. The new style intake is raised some but for my car the carbs and air filter still fits under the hood. It also comes with the fuel line and a fuel pressure gauge

Ya I have a few miles on "Brandy" it all started in late 1998 when customers of the company I work at were called in about the year 2000 issues with their systems. I ended up driving from one company after another helping them get their systems ready for the year 2000. From Nike, Levi, JC Penny, Lands End, Stein Mart, etc. at the company show's word got around about this "car" that appeared at the offices. I heard a company VP ask "when was they coming to his offices"? My boss said "if something breaks we'll send him over." A week later I was driving to May Dept store offices, then back to NYC for Liz Claiborne, plus a number of other companies we supplied software to. Computers back then, you couldn't really work remotely hence that trips I made.

Much respect! I think I put 6,000 miles on my daily driver Ram pickup this year. It is good to know these roadsters can do that kind of miles. Even though I never will.

I used this exact setup on a 347. Takes a little adjustment with the linkage and some re-jetting of the carbs to get it right. looks great under the hood but very seldom are all barrels ever wide open.

You are correct as I have a 347 also. And As I now live a few miles from Watkins Glen International raceway I get a chance to feel all 8 barrels when out on the straightaways - and watch the fuel level dip! :o

Man!!! 615000 miles! You win the prize. If I started now and drove my car the rest of my life I don't think I could put that many miles on it. I would like to know how many things have been replaced in that amount of time. A real testament to FFR.
