I have a May 31St completion date. I built a stand alone garage when we built our house in preparation for this build one day, that day has arrived. The garage is 30’ x 12’ I’ve got a 4 post lift and very tall ceiling to hang the body.
Yes I’m staying traditional with the stage 2 427 from Blueprint. I can’t wait to get started and will start a build thread when it arrives.
I had the privilege of meeting with and spending some time with Carrol Shelby years ago when he was near Los Angeles, I was 15 16, 1987 ish. He was married to my sister for a while. Was a very nice great human being. He actually gave me one of his little turbo Shelby badged cars in High School. So this will be a fun build.
Love the forum and will need plenty of help. I’ve redone a few cars in my life, but a kit car is new for me.
