I've had the brakes installed for several months and have them all bleed. Went to put wheels on and the Problem is that the they are very tight. Rear axles are really hard to turn even with calipers compressed all the way. I don't think these should be this tight, I have checked all toruqe specs and spacer placement. Front is also fairly tight also. Has anyone else had this problem and what's the solution?

Check to be sure your brake pedal is fully releasing. You may need to shorten the master cylinder rods a bit. Sometimes the pedal will hit the cross bar in the top of the footbox before fully releasing pressure on the brakes.

Okay I've checked the cross bar and it was touching slightly. I adjusted it front brakes are now better but the rear was still hanging up. I took them back apart and found that there is a small pin on the back of the pads that put them on a bind on the piston side.
Also the piston was quite compressed completely had to rotate and push them in so they they avoided the pin.
