New member in NE Wisconsin

Greetings, I’m a new member from the greater Green Bay Area. I’ve been restoring and maintaining a steady stream of English sporty cars, and German sporty cars my entire life. (Like 50 years or so.) now it’s time to try my hand at building a car from brand new. I’ve tentatively selected the Daytona Coupe Series III and a potential target. (Having met and been able to spend a wonderful 3 days with Peter Brock popping in and out of a small business I ran after my “first” retirement.

I’d like to see if I can get into this lovely car before I drop the dime. No reason to build something I can’t drive eh? So if you have a road worth series III or one you are building and are located in NE Wisconsin, and can stand a visitor for a few hours, please let me know.

Welcome to the forum! I’m in go cart mode with a roadster so I can’t help you with the coupe fit. The Stewart driver told me he delivered a roadster in Green Bay just before dropping mine off and the guy had built a coupe first so there should be one nearby. If you need any help, let me know. My wife thinks I should build a coupe too so if you get one I would love to drive up to see yours.


Gentleman by the handle FBird (Todd) should have a coupe in GB.
