My wiper tubes appear to be stainless steel. They slide down in the flaring tool instead of flaring. Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks, Tim

I can't help there but when I did mine I skipped the flaring part. The tube really had nowhere to go. They held up fine and it was never an issue incase you wanted to move along and not do it.

Or plain old steel brake/fuel lines. Like what's provided in the kit. Also flares easily. Pretty sure the SS provided with the wiper kit isn't annealed and agree is basically impossible to flare.

Thanks everyone. I have some fuel line left over from my first car MK 2 from 2004. I'll use it instead of the new tubes. 213297

Ditto On The 3/8" Fuel Line!
.Remember to grease the spring & the wheel boxes.
