Initial body fitment

Just plopped the body on for the first time. Aligned and bolted up the rear end per the manual.
Question about where the body sits on the sills - as it sits now the body is to the outside edge of this sills. Is this normal, or will this get pulled in?

I used clamps to pull mine in flush and then drilled the mounting holes.
