Front Toe Adjustment

Ok guys, I’ve re-done everything on the front end setup and I’m still out of adjustment for the tie rod ends on both sides. Im starting to eyeball the cutoff wheel at this point.

What could I be missing? Power steering rack. Centered and re-centered. Ride height set to 4.25”. Can’t get toe even close, both sides pigeoned out and no more adjustment available.

Can’t see the steering arms in your photos but do you have them installed so that they point outward, not in?

Yes sir, double checked that as well.

Just found this thread (https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?47995-Tie-Rods-Too-Long&highlight=Tie+rods) where it was discussed quite a bit. My kit was shipped within a month or two of his.

I may do the same 3/4” cut. May wait to talk to FFR Monday though.

Cut 3/4" off both sides and things look good for both sides. Still plenty of thread engagement within the tie rod ends so I think we're good to go!

Make sure your car is at ride height and make sure you measure twice before you make the cut.
Heck, measure three or four times and also center the wheel before do it.
