I see this stamped on the cross member:
A513 HT 81127
does that give any answers?

Pretty sure that number is just the type of steel. A513 is the grade. Nothing to do with the kit ID. Any pics of your car?

It's a fairly early Mk1; probably 1998-1999 timeframe.
