Hey,

I never did receive my driveshaft bolts for my IRS install.
Can anyone tell me which bolts that I should use?
I found some and they fit, but I don't think they are strong enough.

I would contact Factory Five.
Those definitely don't look like the one I was given.

I received driveshaft flange bolts in my kit, they were in a Ford/Motorcraft pack. I bet if you check at a Ford dealership parts department, they could supply those.

Mine were also missing. They're socket head, if memory serves. I got mine from Factory Five.

Agreed. Socket head bolts have been supplied with every kit I've built. Not a dealer item as this is a non-standard connection, e.g. with a driveshaft adapter and different than the Mustang.

Thank you everyone.
Reached out to FFR and waiting for a response.

They are socket head and I am pretty sure they are in the "fastener pack". Small box loaded with various nuts and bolts. They no longer put them with the actual items. They give you 2 lengths. If you go to the back page of the build manual I believe there is a list of hardware in that box

Okay, so I called FFR and they said that the bolts were in the fastener pack and that they are M10 x 25mm bolts.
The instructions show a different bolt (for fixed axle) and never specify that the IRS bolts are different.
FFR said that if the 25mm ones don't fit, then try 20mm. But 25mm does fit, so all good.
I explained to them that it would be nice if this was all clearer in the manual. They agreed.
