Looking to purchase an unused FFR supplied roadster rearview mirror assembly.

Reason: Working on a project for my Caterham 7 and believe such a mirror might just be the ticket.

Serious inquiries only please

Bill,

They have some nice mirrors at Sierra Madre Collection that may be worth looking at.

While I don't know if this helps you, it can't hurt to look.

NOTE:..I'm running 356 Aero Mirrors on my MK4.

I know I have one somewhere in the garage, even knew where I kept it in the old garage. Since moving, I've yet to find it....Hence my wanted ad to see who has what laying around.

Factory five is showing them available for $25 + Shipping on their site. Might be the best route.

Thanks, did a test fit earlier this evening, decided it won't quite be high enough for my needs. Ordered a suction cup mirror for now till I find something that sits another 2" higher.

Are you looking for a longer stem to fit higher up off the dash or shorter stem assuming a top of windshield mount? If longer stem I would look at the Jeep CJ2 mirrors. They have really long stems to them.

With the Lotus 7, the windscreen frame is too thin for a center mounted rear view mirror, so I'm playing with center mounted ideas. Spal makes a nice setup, but the stalk is too high for my tastes. The Cobra unit I thought would work, didn't want to pull the one off my FIA replica, just a tad too short to work given the top bag location on my rear deck. If the bag was not there, it would work perfectly.
