Side louver template

Hi,

Does anyone have a template for the preassembled side louvers they could send to me?

I had Factory Five supply my Roadster with cutouts for their standard louvers but I think I need to open it up to match the new louvers.

I use an angle protractor to measure the angle on the louver then mark that on the body. I dont change the height other than to clean it up. open up the width just enough to create the new angle.

Yes, me too. The template will give you an idea of how big you can go. Cut it out of the manual and lay it on top of your louvers and you will see.

Here is a link to my recent post about the same thing. My post from 3/5/2025 and Jeff's reply from 3/6/2025 give the layout and dimensions for a template. The angle, from horizontal, for the front/rear cut is 72 degrees (it does not match the FFR precut hole in the body). If you don't have a simple CAD drawer, or not good with laying it out manually, I can try to email you a full-size PDF of the template if you PM me. I have never done that in the forum, but I will try. It matched the one that Jeff was kind enough to mail to me.
