I have my second Factory five being delivered next week. I built a MKIV roadster in 2022 and now I have the 35 Hot rod Truck coming. I need to modify my chassis dolly to accommodate the frame of the truck. I need the frame rail dimensions to build it. Can anyone help?

I used a 4' by 5' Square of 2x4s with wheels. I set the chassis on it right under the cab area. I was able to install the gas tank and rear end, then I used jack stands while installing the engine and trans. Once I had the wheels on the chassis, I used the same dolly for the cab body.

Oddly enough, once the cab was on the dolly, we could lift it and place it on the back of the chassis (bed area)

This saved space in the garage. (kept the wife happy)

I built a body dolly very similar to Guardm16 for the cab body. If you are referring to frame chassis, below is a diagram of the chassis with dimensions to the lift points that I used. The chassis is very well balanced and I found that these lift points work well, even when their was a weight imbalanced when I was installing the rear end and engine.

Body dolly - I built this two weekends ago and threw away my plans that had the dimensions. I'll can take some measurements if helpful.

I'd love to see those measurements for the body only buck

I just started with the 4' x 5' platform with caster wheels. Then decided I wanted the cab to be about 6 inches above the base of the platform for access while sanding and painting. I measured from the base of the cab up to the cowl area and from the base up to the truck bed area...then added 6 inches. That was the starting point of my "buck" Then it was just a matter of vertical and diagonal supports to keep everything square.
