No, but it makes all the sense in the world. I have been living with off idle stumble on my 2000 Explorer junkyard 302 with a Quick-Fuel 4160 style carb - even after dyno tuning - so I just ordered.

A friend of mine put one on the Quick Fuel carb on the 340 in his Dart. It worked like a charm to get rid of the hesitation he was experiencing.

Dave, It looks like the video guy violated the scientific method. He not only installed his DIY Blast Plate, he increased his throttle stroke.
BTW do not try tie wrap linkage at home.
