Brakes Locked After Bleeding

I am building my mk IV roadster. Complete kit front brakes and a 96 reared with fox length axles (disc brakes). Single reservoir.
I have bled my brakes from dry. All wheels are locked up. I adjusted the master cylinders all the way out and re-bled the brakes. Still locked.
Kinda frustrating because it seemed like the brake lines and bleeding went well.
Any help appreciated.

Open the bleeders…if the wheels turn you have a hydraulic problem, if not it’s a mechanical problem. My guess is that the masters aren’t being fully released and you’re holding pressure.

My wilwoods locked and it was a release problem as Jeff mentions above
