Difficult Switches

Am I doing something wrong? I keep folding the terminals over on the switches with the small connections. I'm normally pretty careful, but I haven't been able to make a good seated connection on ANY of them so far.

What's the trick?

If they're that tight, try "gently" prying, by putting a flat tip screwdriver and twist it a bit between the "W" to widen them.

Consider a few "dry runs", mating your wires with the female connectors installed on them to male connectors like the ones on your switches. Once you are satisfied that they easily mate together only then try pushing them onto your switch tabs.
