Hello all,
I'm sure someone out here in the forums knows a thing or two about the registration process in the state of Georgia.
Is a rebuilder's license necessary to register a kit car? I've read on GA's DOR that they want a copy of a rebuilders license to register a kit car. Is that necessary or is that a copy and paste error from the rebuilt vehicles page?

Also, is it necessary to have a title for the donor car? I don't plan on using a donor car, just getting parts off ebay from reputable sellers.
I appreciate any help and responses I get as I don't want to end up with a track-only vehicle down the road.
