Hello FFR Forum!
Years ago (2017) I was looking for a project, fell in love with the roadster -- but found I was too tall and feet much to big to fit! Work and family got crazy so I put everything on hold until now -- and I am glad I did!

I tried on the new MkV roadster at the showroom and am DELIGHTED to say my feet fit (size 13) AND my head is below the windshield and rollbar (6'4"! I'm wrapping up some business and family related stuff through July, but will be trying to educate myself on all things roadster and MkV FFR till I order a kit late summer. I plan to do the build in Northern DE, am would especially like to connect with any FFR folks in that general area.

Part of the attraction of FFR is this forum and the incredible wealth of information (and opinion) ;-) Thanks to all who have contributed in the past, and my apologies in advance for any silly questions I might ask.

Cool to hear that the MKV has opened the door to a customer population that was previously neglected/not eligible to partake due to physical dimensions.

I'm building a Coupe, which the MKV frame is based on. I'm 2 inches shorter than you, but still I don't think I'd be comfortable if the cockpit were any smaller (although my seat selection is not optimal for maximizing the available room).
