What's This Tool Called and Where to Get It

Hi everyone, I'm trying to adjust my coilovers using a screwdriver. I know there's a tool out there for this but don't know what it's called. Any help? Thank you!

Spanner wrench my kit come with on in the box the shocks came in.

But really....once you raise the car so that the springs are unloaded the collar will turn by hand.
