Hi guys I just finished installing my wiper kit, and I am now looking for option to install the spray nozzle, they are required by law up here. I would hate to have to drill the body of the car at this point. Anyone has a solution? I was looking for wiper arm mounted nozzle but all my search came back empty.

Your help Will be greatly appreciated.

My wifes Impala has nozzles mounted to the wiper arms. Maybe some original equipment adaptation might work.

I'm using a bottle, electric motor, momentary button switch, and the single outlet nozzles (1 per side) - all sourced from Moss Motors and originally used on MGs and A-Hs.

Well guys today I found some nozzles that clip onto the wiper blades, so nô drilling involved. Let you know how it turn s out

I am curious. Where does the water supply hose pass?

Hi guys i Will try to get around to finish it completly this week end so I CAN post pics also.
I am planning to use the wheel box Holes to pass the tubing. Ithink it should work well and minimise the risk of drilling thé body at this point.

Cheers

Hello Guys today I got working on the Wipper nozzle issue. As said earlier did not want to drill the body, and I wanted everything to be has concealed as possible. So this is what I came up with. The nozzle is clipped on the harm, and the tube travels into the arm spring. Then I drilled the chromed bezel and there you have it!! spray nozzle that are virtualy invisible....

one concern I would have, where you drilled through the chrome piece in the 5th picture, would it chafe? Probably not a big concern primarily because they will not be used that much. looks great over all, definitely something I'm gonna do to my roadster.

These type of nozzle CAN be found on Many chevy cars. Mine came from the aftermarket a place called canadian tire up here in Canada like 8$. But it does the trick. As for shafing on worries only a twisting Motion.

The look is good for me and respects the law up here, i am realy hapy with the final look, and if this post CAN give people out there ideas how to make this system more friendly on the design side, even better.
