Lots of things going on in life as always so I have not touched the roadster in over 4 months, finally had some time so I got the Hot side turbo plumbing back from the welder and it fits great. Dropped the side pipes back off the car so we could test fit the body for a first look to make sure I am good with all the parts installed so far208622208623208624208625. Next is get the custom intercooler made and finish the charge pipe from the intercooler to the throttle body.

That'll be interesting. Looks good. Projected power?

I am curious about your custom intercooler. I ended up using a treadstone intercooler rated for 1000 HP. I routed it down the PS and built custom brackets to hold it in front of the radiator. You can see it in my build thread. I was really thinking about a twin turbo and might do one on my next build. Just curious on your thought process. It looks like you've packaged the rest well in the tight space.

That crossmember you've got the turbos hanging from... You sure that's a good idea? I mean, rigid mounting the turbos to the chassis when the engine vibrates and moves a little under load. Just sayin'
Also, I hope you didn't just clean and paint a donor 5.0 HO motor and there's 4-bolt mains in that block. Those OEM 302 Windsors are only good for around 500hp at the crank, then they start to crack in the lifter valley.
I'm knocking around a turbo as well, but that's down the road. I just got mine registered and it's still in gel coat. I'll switch to EFI first, then think about boost.

I have a premade one from a twin turbo kit I had for a fox body. I am gonna cut it down to fit. 208687208688208689208690and the charge pipe will go up the PS inner fender.

I will be making a flexible mount to go there on the turbos. As for the motor, its the starter motor will be upgraded later. It was gone there and prepped by the engine shop cleaned up the bore and line honed, decked the block and heads, over sized valves and arp hardware everywhere. I don't really plan for this motor to have more than 500 hp. Want to get it up and running have some mild fun and see where I want to go from there. This build is a pivot from what I had bought a bunch of parts for before deciding to build the roadster.

Nice packaging on the turbo setup.
I would get rid of the flex radiator hose. They don't like to stay put and I am not a fan of the look. Especially with all that nice plumbing you have.

Thanks for the complement.
Oh indeed the flex hose is not staying, I have the donor rad in place but have the al rad from FF on order. The flex tube is to have an idea of the shapes I need to connect it to the motor, I need the visuals, its how I work best. this is the reason I also made the charge tubing and intercooler mock up in card board before committing to the design. I now have the 2 inch turbo to intercooler tubing made in alum and silicone connectors, long term my plan is to remake these in single pieces of alum tubing to remove the possible fail points at each end of the silicone joiners.
I want to find a straight thermo housing rather than the one that makes the 90 toward the top of the motor and need to pick a remote inline rad fill neck and cap. I will probably make alum or ss tubing to take the place of the flex rad hose.
