Last build I had Rafael, a mobile alignment guy come out to the house for an alignment. He did a great job and never had to touch it again. Thought I'd do the same this time around. He came out for an initial alignment and will follow up once I get it on the road. I gave him Kleiner's recommended PS alignment figures to work from just like last time, which were:

.5 degree negative camber
8 degrees positive caster
3/32 toe in (not out)

Thought I'd post the pics to check to see if these 'look' right, as I previously shortened the adjustment sleeves by 1/4" and cut the threaded bar on both sides as recommended for power steering to get as much caster as possible. I had the rear cut tubes run all the way down before he got there, but based on his adjustments, he moved them out a bit. I also set ride height at 4" in the front and 4.5" in the rear prior to the alignment. Do the sleeves need to be cut every time or is it different for every car?

A little short on camber and not sure why he didn't go to the full.5 and equalize the two sides but OK.

Sometimes you can get to the full 8 degrees caster and .5 camber without trimming the adjuster sleeves, sometimes not. Your adjusters show that you have plenty of range left.

Thanks for that feedback Jeff. When he comes back the next time I’ll have him address the camber questions you pointed out. I’m not sure why he didn’t equalize both ends. I think I have about 1” of thread engagement on each side.

I'm used to reading a Hunter alignment machine.

Alignment machines measure in degrees, not fractions, so you need to convert.

Toe in would look like .12 to .15 degrees per side for our cars give or take, a positive reading. (3/32 is about .30 degrees "total toe")

-0.02 degrees, or a negative reading on a Hunter alignment machine would be toe out, and not much of it, nearly zero.

Agree w/ Jeff on camber. I'd at least have liked to see the -.4 on both sides. OTOH, he knows you won't be driving it much, and that he will be coming back, so no big deal.
