How does everyone route the power steering hoses? I am thinking the high pressure side could come down like this and be attached to the tube so it would not get up into the belt.

Then it could come in front of the power steering like this and hook in. (Is the red high pressure?) Of course I would latch it down so there would be no wiggle.

Or do I make a new hose that routes out to the side, then toward the PS?
The good news is these pics should be in proper orientation. Unlike me.

That looks like a GM pump on a LS. Hit the easy button and reach out to Mark at Breeze Automotive. He can fix you up with the correct fittings for the pump and rack. The fittings he provides at the rack end bring the hose around the top side of the rack, real clean install. The pressure connection on the pump gets real close to the side of the water pump, and he has a nice fitting for that.

How are you reducing the pump pressure going into the Ford rack?

I did the Breeze kit a couple of weeks ago. Lines are perfect length for my setup (BPE 347).

(okay, this looks good, as I have a BPE 347 w/pwr steer, too.
I had not investigated this but will. Not at the eng-install point yet, but it waits in its crate!)

I would use Max's route or similar.
