It's a continuation because superformance paid Shelby corp a bunch for a licensing agreement. NO other reason

Yes it is different. It has a piece of paper saying they can call it a "shelby", and charge the unsuspecting buyer a large premium. A legal scam, just like the shelby name signed by a machine on dashes & glove box's
