Anyone know about how many Sq feet of fatmat sound deadening is need to complete the roadster? I'll be needing some soon and need to order. Just getting ready to finish up wiring. Engine arrives in about 8 weeks.

I've used 3 rolls of Thermo-Tec, at 15 sq ft each, and I'll need two more for the trunk area, so 75 sq ft total. I covered every aluminum panel in Thermo-tec, save the F-panels.

Did the same thing. Was more interested in thermal protection. Personal opinion hard to except the value of sound protection with the exhaust next to your ear & heavy wind nose over 60mph.

Additionally to soften the interior used Reflectix double sided aluminum bubble sandwich attic insulation under my carpets.

I used 2 boxes of this Kilmat to cover my cockpit, footboxes, and trunk with some left over, so around 70 sq ft of material.

Ditto regarding the Kilmat.
> The size of each piece makes this product easy to work with.
> I also place Kilmat in the inner fenderwell tops of absorb thrown rocks.
> Those pieces in the upper fenders were then covered over with Raptor Bedliner.
> My main goal was stopping raddles and reverberation of the aluminum panels more so than insulation.
