Picked up my MK4 kit on a very hot Friday in July 2024, it was a nice surprise to meet Dave in person. Although I missed out on the doughnuts in the parking lot :( as all the cars were packed up for his daughter's wedding that weekend. Dan Thank you for the tour of the factory my son and his girlfriend and I really enjoyed it.

Update on where I'm at right now, It's taken a while to get enough space in my garage to be able to start to work on the car, but in the last couple of weeks I have started in earnest. build the body buck and the frame buggy, separated the body from the chasse, Installed front suspension steering and currently working on installing rear suspension and brakes.

There are several FFR owners in Ottawa. I'm in the Manotick area. If you see any of these around it's me. lol.

Sounds good. I've got a fairly well equipped shop, although I'm still in the process of unpacking, but let me know if there is anything you need.
