Every single time we've had a sale, we get buried with phone calls on the last day. Yesterday was no different as we struggled with a tremendous call volume and our small crew could not physically answer each call or enter properly each order.

After the tenth missed call, I told the guys to tell customers that the deadline would be extended for a few weeks so that we can enter each kit order carefully and correctly. Then I thought about it and remembered that the purpose of a sale is to sell product and so, since this sale was so well received, I figured I'd give it another month. I've done this before.
