I am looking for local FFR owners to start a Northern Arizona support group. (That sounds like and addiction program) Well, I guess it is.

If you are in the NOAZ area, let me know if you would like to get together. Maybe meet somewhere on Route 66? I am about 75% through my 35 Hot Rod Truck build and looking to help others and meet up on the road with my truck this summer.
Thanks,
Steve

Love the Prescott area. I have family in Flagstaff and plan to visit next August after attending Bonneville Speed Week, maybe I can plan a day to swing down and check out your '35. I recently completed my '33 hot rod, but without a roof, wipers, cruise control, luggage space, or A/C , I don't think it would be the ideal vehicle for my 4,000 mile road trip from Minnesota to Bonneville, Reno, Death Valley, Flagstaff, Texas, Kansas City and back home to Minnesota. The Honda CRV might just be a bit more comfortable.

Great looking 33. trailer that thing! Would look great out here in the desert.

Prescott is a hidden jewel in Arizona for sure. Just let me know when you will be making the trip. Maybe we can gather in Flagstaff if you get into a time crunch. On your way from Death Valley to Flagstaff, I recommend Route 66 from Kingman AZ to Seligman AZ. The State and some non-profits are doing a great job of restoring the Old Mother Road. We have a cabin and 40 acers up there on top of a mountain, Seligman has great old roadside diners: Roadkill Cafe, Lilo's West End Cafe, and the classic Snow Cap. All of which host automotive cruise in events throughout the year. You pick the location, and we can meet you there.

The starting point of the Route 66 Fun Run in Kingman is near the Kingman Route 66 Museum (the old Powerhouse) Take the opportunity to photograph your Factory Five under the Route 66 Sign.

It's a great photo op.

If you like windy mountain roads, you can start your Route 66 adventure in Oatman AZ, just remember the mules run the town. Be carful, they are "Highwaymen" They will stand in front of your car until you feed them.

Oatman, Kingman and Seligman are Three towns of Arizona history for three completely different reasons, Mining, Railroads and Route 66 nostalgia. Classic cars are a great way to explore the NOAZ.
