Hello everyone,

When I was considering building a more modern roadster, I was looking for that one "In between" seat that would be narrow enough to fit in the car (which is hard to find, right?) wasn't a total straight-jacket-bucket, and had a semi-taller profile for a little bit of neck protection but didn't stick up too far out of the cockpit. Well, I found it. And it's from a vendor I've used a lot, NRG Innovations.

I will say that with a 34" waist it was snug but there is quite a bit of padding in the sides that I would remove. The seat cover is removable as well and the foam padding is glued in so I would sand the foam down and pull the cover back over it. Heck I think it could be fairly versatile stripped down, modded and recovered too with a base price of $300 including mounting brackets..

Keep in mind, this isn't a major endorsement since I haven't used them or even installed them but it's another option and I know how hard it is to find seat options so now you have most of the data.

The 70's lambo-looks may also not be to your liking but it's something totally different if you want a different look! They also have a built in lean back to them that's pretty nice. And, the come in a lot of colors! https://www.theprismalab.com/collections/gt-seats

Well, there it is. Have at it fellas.

Have you checked w/ the body on yet? the outside shoulder area is a bit snug at times from the body.

Should be good. It doesn’t flare out like some do
