Can FFR PLEASE update the search function.

Can we please have the search function specific to a forum? When we search for something in the Roadster section we should not have to weed through 10 threads from all the other cars.

We also need to be able to search for a phrase; for example, if we search for "valve cover gasket" you'll get 10 threads on valves, 9 on covers, and 12 on gaskets. Not very user friendly.

The technology for this ask is pretty basic and it would go a long way in making this forum more usable.

I do not disagree, but simply putting "ffr forum roadster" before the search phrase in Google works well

I use google and then click on the google link that restricts the search to the forum. You can also specify this when searching, eg “valve cover gasket” site: thefactoryfiveforum.com

Agree with above. The forum search will never be as good as google -- that's not a criticism, just reality.
