My engine builder used a Victor Jr. 2981 on my 427 Windsor, and I chose to go with a Terminator X Stealth. I’m putting the engine into the car next week and could use some suggestions on a filter base and filter. I’ve sourced drop solid motor mounts to help with the 5.75 inch height. Forte mechanical linkage. Ideas?206049

I couldn't be happier with my Prestige Motorsports 427. Mine is in a 35 Truck, so I cant help with an air cleaner selection for you, but I can say you made a great choice.

Options.
I like the round 14" x 3" air cleaners. These generally drop around the "carb". I have run these with a choke horn but that's not ideal from an air flow perspective.
Not a fan of the open top designs like the K&N X-Stream, not sure why but they don't hit my "hot button".
