I also "scored" the faces of the polyureathane bushing faces to ensure better movement of grease on the faces of the bushings.
Used a razor blade and aligned the cuts with existing channels.

I was very happy with how easily the grease flowed all the way around the bushing

yes, though I noticed another issue. The face of the steel sleeves inside the bushing pairs can have a very rough surface.
It's as though they were sized using a cutoff saw. The rougher-than-preferred steel surface face doesn't seal as well against the frame-flange mounts even when torqued.
This, I believe, explains some of the grease leaks coming from the head of the hex-head bolts or at the hex-nut end. Grease can leak by the face of the bushing, which is were it should be flowing to, and it moves along the bolt shank and pushes out near the ends of the bolts. Solution is that the sleeves should have a better finish.
