Power Steering Defect or Lines Crossed

Hello everyone, I have an issue with my power steering. When I turn the wheel I feel a fairly firm drag, both directions. I've checked the fluid level and it's normal, so now I'm thinking I may have installed the lines incorrectly. The other possible reasons could be a defective pump or rack. I have fresh build, Coyote, KRC P/S pump, and the rack that came with my kit. Any help is always appreciated.

KRC sells good stuff. Anything's possible, but I'd bet against the pump being defective. Check your plumbing including the low and high connections at the rack.
