Hey All -

I am going to add the 11.65" Disc for rear brakes on my MK1. I am looking at the FFR #16285 - Performance 11.65" Rear Brake Set. However I REALLY want drilled/slotted rotors. I have a question into FFR, but have not heard back.

So, I just wanted to check to see if anyone else has considered/done the drilled/slotted disc and found a good source for a kit?

TIA,

Mark

Why do you want them? On a street driven car they add nothing, except a 'look'.

Purely appearance.... Nothing more....

I am pretty sure that those are stock Mustang rotors and calipers so you should be able to find rotors that you like. Hopefully someone will chime in w/ the exact model/year that works.

Rear drilled/slotted 61046R is a good number, '94-'04 Cobra. The F5 kit allows you to not remove the axles to put the new caliper bracket on, so that's up to you. You can purchase the parts aftermarket pretty easy. Cobra caliper bracket, cobra rear loaded/caliper, cobra rear rotor, and depending on how your current hose setup is, a new SS brake hose. If you want a different compound for pad, you can do that as well.
