So, finally got the car up and running and on the road.
The problem i have is with the wilwood emergency brake. When i adjust the little cog in back of rotor on rear wheels so that the emergency brake works i get an anoying chirping as i am driving. When i back the cog off, the noise goes away but then i have no working emergency brake. Maybe I'm doing something wrong ?
Thanks

Roll down the street and use the e-brake to stop you once or twice. That will clean and square up the shoes. You don't need to go fast, 10mph would do it.

I did kinda try that. Thats how i guessed it was the emergency brake pads other than the regular pads. As i was pulling on emergency brake the noise stopped. Did it a few times but still carried on chirping after that.

I would take a look and make sure that your rotor is completed seated on the axle, sometimes the shoulders of the studs can prevent that. Also look at how centered and the height of the caliper on the rotor. Make sure there is not any contract between the caliper and rotor.
