Lets say (hypothetically) that I complete messed up the tubes and inner rods of my upper control arms when I was cutting them and I need to replace them and try again with the right tools this time. 2 tubes and 3 rods.
Where would I get them? Are they a standard mustang item or something custom from FFR? Thanks for the help!
Oh yeah, current MKIV is what I'm building.

FFR gets them from SPC.

Give them a call.

Yep, SPC. I needed a replacement part and FFR sent me to them. Were great to deal with.

Now you got me curious. What tool did you hypothetically use and how did it hypothetically screw up the arms? Could you just retap and messed up threads rather than buy new control arms?

I dealt with SPC when I upgraded my Mk II. Great people to deal with...gave lots of help and advice. then suggested I order the parts from Summit as they're cheaper thru Summit than direct from SPC.

My next door neighbor was the quality control manager. Can confirm they are a great shop.

A call first is definitely the way to go. You can pick stuff off their website yourself but they know FFR well so will make sure you get compatible parts. BTW I can cut the tubes for you on my lathe. Email me at craigstuard at comcast dot com subject FFR. The shortening is free, I just ask you to include a $10 bill in the box to cover return shipping. I have a pair here ready to go back to the owner tomorrow.
