Looking at this F5 supplied 90 degree connector. Is this supposed to fit directly into the master cylinder or screw in to the brass fitting? Appreciate the help.

The brass fitting in the MC accepts a double flare brake line. Can't see the other end of the 90 you are holding but I am guessing it is an AN fitting for a flexible brake line. If you are running a flexible line from the MC to the slave or hydraulic throw out bearing you would remove the brass fitting and install the 90 degrees fitting.
