Actually hit a milestone last night, it cranked and started first time! I will admit, it's an awesome feeling to see it come to life! Doing my post start checks, I found the fuel pressure regulator appears to be leaking. It looks like I have fuel seeping out of the vacuum line attachment point which was soaking the top of the whole regulator. Has anyone else seen this? I am running a Gen 3 Coyote with the regulator supplied by FFR. Not the place I expected to see fuel coming from.

I don't know much about regulators, but I assume engine vacuum simply opens a solenoid to allow fuel to pass through the regulator. If fuel is coming out of that vacuum port, maybe the seal in the solenoid is bad. Maybe?

shouldn't have fuel coming out of your vacuum port, i ended up removing the hose and adding a breather (https://amzn.to/3SFBpBX) to my port as recommended by many on here (and tuners as well)

you may have a bad diaphragm in your regulator, I'd call Aeromotive and ask what to test

X2. Fuel shouldn't be present at the vacuum port. I would also suspect a diaphragm issue with the regulator allowing fuel to make it there. Not sure what brand regulator that is though. Last I saw the EFI kit from FFR didn't use the Aeromotive regulator. Also agree most tuners (including Lund that I've used) recommend not using the vacuum reference setup for a NA application. Even though it's in the FFR and Ford Performance instructions.

Just a reminder to remove the pressure gauge once you get the regulator set correctly. No need for it to be in the engine bay, as they are known to leak.

I appreciate all the advice! I figured it was most likely a bad internal diaphragm, just wanted to see if anyone had experienced this or had other ideas. I'll order another regulator. I hate getting bad parts out of the box.

Do you know what brand it is?
