I bled my brakes this weekend and did not find any leaks, but there seems to be some significant play in the brake pedal in the Wilwood pedal box (see attached video). I adjusted the threaded rods from the master cylinders all the way in and, then all the way out to see if I could take up the slop but it did not (eventually hit the crossbar on the frame). The pedal is firm when I press it, and I do not think there is any air in the lines (bled around the horn a few times). Some of the play/slop is the rods driving the pistons in the master cylinders, and some is from the Wilwood balance bar. I'm using Tilton 76-series master cylinders. Any suggestions? Normal?

The excess play seems to be in the pivot pin for the brake pedal frame. This may be due to pin size or bore/bushing in the swing arm.
Does the clutch have the same looseness?

I have a manual clutch and have not connected it yet.

You did not follow me. The clutch would not have to be connected to be loose on the pivot pin/bolt.
Same for the brake.
