Hello everyone,
The coolant hose connector on my radiator hose fill let go where it adapts from a 1.5" to 1.75" SS line. Basically, the little section of hose that bridges the gap between the 1.75" SS line an 1.5 filler output started leaking. Then when I tightened it, the plastic on the filler split. I ordered a replacement radiator filler made of aluminum so that I can safely increase the clamping pressure without risk of damage.
My question is this: I'd like to change to this style of adapter to go from the 1.5" output of the filler to the 1.75" SS radiator line-- instead of the one included in the kit (a smaller section of hose inside a hose method).

Have any of you used this style of adapter? If so, will it clamp nicely against the SS ribbed style of radior line? And yes I know many of you despise that type of radiator line-- not looking to debate that right now :) just looking for info on the adapter. See attached image.

Seems like it would work even though it's not technically a radiator hose. The specs look fine. On another note, what's going on with that exhaust? Looks pretty cool.

There are other lengths and bends.

Hi Mike,
Yep, my exhaust is a bit different. Here's a link to the description and build process.
