I may have gotten myself in a pickle. I have glued and riveted the aluminum face onto the front of the footbox. Now I find my Hydroboost adapter mount holes are at the top and the bottom instead of on the sides. It looks like the steel underneath has holes in the correct locations. Did I get the wrong face from FFR? Is there an insert to fill the gaps? Has anyone tried to cut out the aluminum already glued in place without it looking like sh**? The steering shaft bearing flange also interferes but that should be easy to finesse.

Factory Five has two PS foot box fronts. One for a Wilwood pedal box which only has the steering column hole and the clutch cable location specific to the Wilwood box. The other is for a donor footbox which has the holes like you show for the steering column and master cylinder plus a different location for the clutch cable. They don't make a specific one for power brakes. Vacuum or hydroboost. I think you have the right one. I did hydroboost a couple builds ago and I did have to drill some new holes and modify things a bit. I suspect you're in that situation. Obviously, whatever you have to do should look decent and be sealed up (important). But that area can't easily be seen on a finished build.

I used a hydroboost system, and like Paul, I did have to drill at least one additional hole.

Here is a picture of my foot box panel before installation of any components:

And here it is with the hydroboost in place:

I don't have any good photos of the steering bearing, but I do remember having to do some minor work to get it to fit properly.

Thanks for the responses. I will try to use my Dremel tool to hog out the aluminum under the adapter.

Follow-up post. Turned out not so bad after all. Dremel cutting wheel did the trick. Touched up the aluminum edges with some spray paint. Not 100% match with my titanium powder coating, but as was commented, probably won’t see it very easily after I mount the reservoirs. Thanks again for the advice.
