My Trick Flow valve covers do not have provisions for a breather, PCV or oil fill tube. I like the valve covers, so I'm not opposed to drilling holes in them to support the right pieces.

If I'm going with the ProFlow4 EFI setup, what should I do? I was thinking I'd put a breather toward the front of the driver's side valve cover, and the oil fill tube on the front of the passenger side valve cover. Would that work, or should I forego the breather and put in a PCV valve, and plumb it to the intake manifold? I assume the ProFlow4 manifold has a port to connect the PCV valve? Sorry for the dumb questions.

First off if you are going to modify your D/S valve cover to accept a breather make sure that there is a baffle or provision for same in the spot where you are going to put it. You don't want oil splashing up into that. In my application the breather is also the oil filler cap. Buried inside of it was a PCV valve cartridge which I completely removed. My breather also came fitted with a hose spigot so I ran length of hose from there to a barb fitting mounted on the clean air side of the filter base. I had to drill a hole for the barb fitting. On the P/S I have a M/E Wagner adjustable PCV valve that plugs into a grommet on the valve cover. You should also have a baffle there too. Then a hose runs from it to the spigot on the PF4 manifold just below the throttle body.

Thanks, Earl. I was thinking about baffles, and mine don't have them, so I just ordered these from LMR. Easy solution.

Thanks,
