I test fit the windshield today before I break it down for powdercoating. I had to adjust the lower legs as they were "twisted", The PS not as much as the DS. Used a large vise to hold the upper section and then used 2x4's secured with clamps to gently "torque' them in the right direction. Though both sides will require shims, the lower parts are aligned with the under-dash brackets they will bolt to. Not sure if all appear so twisted compared to the factory slots?

Also, should the base of the windshield frame be pressed against the top of the body/dash or should there be some space? I have the weather-seal on the bottom of the windshield frame I'm just not sure it should rest on the top of the body or not?

Any thoughts on the space at the top of the DS support and the windshield frame?

Body cutouts are mere suggestions and should be opened up with a file. The trim bezel will cover it. I’d try to massage the top of the arms to fit better if possible. I put a paint stick between the bottom of the windshield and body as a spacer

All of my cutouts face outward at the front. Don't be afraid to open them up. You don't want the windshield to touch the body.
