Serpent Express trailer weight?

Hello,
I have a lead on a Serpent Express trailer and I was wondering if anyone might know the weight on it? The owner doesn't really know for sure. It's a 14' Steel with metal deck. He said he thought it's around 1800#. I was just wondering if anyone could confirm?

Probably around 1,800 BEFORE adding the framework and covering for the Serpent Express top. I'd estimate that will be another 400 pounds.
