Struggling to figure out wiring of my MT-82 speed sensor.
The FFR supplied sensor (clearly for tremec) does not fit in the MT82. The sensor in the trans is a 3 wire out (power, ground, and sensor/output shaft). The chassis wiring harness has 2 wires (and will go to non-GPS vintage gauges). Read up a bit online and it seems like you can wire directly for the 2 wire omitting the power line (I have the mustang pigtail to tie into). Anyone with experience with this? Any help would be appreciated.
